If you are looking to help out your fellow team member by donating PTO, below is the link to do so. There are some hard stops to donation (listed below), so please look over this to make sure you and the team member you are donating to qualify.

To be eligible to donate PTO, a team member must:
1) Have at least 60 hours remaining in their PTO balance AFTER the donation; and
2) Used at least 80 hours of PTO within 12 months preceding the donation request

Note: Grandfathered Extended Illness Banks (EIB) will not be included in calculations for PTO donation eligibility.

To be eligible to receive a PTO donation, a team member must:
1) Have been employed at least 90 days
2) Meet eligibility requirements for PTO
3) Have less than their budgeted hours in their PTO bank; and
4) Be on an approved leave status as a result of personal illness, injury, or identify with a disability covered under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) or Americans with Disability Act as Amended (ADAAA).
